Excel Education Systems believes in holding students to the highest levels of academic integrity while providing quality curriculum with the highest levels of academic support. All EES Instructors and Staff participate in formal Professional Development activities to continue to improve in their current roles.
Dedication to continuous improvement leads to higher student success rates which, in turn, leads to successfully reaching the organizational goals, as set forth in the Strategic Plan. The current organizational academic goal is to improve the student completion/success rate by at least 1% per year. Besides using the gradebook and course reporting functions, data from stakeholder surveys are used to determine and confirm the level of success for achieving the organizational purpose.
